Join Sylvester Baugh and Kim Olver for an engaging exploration of ethical decision-making in professional coaching. Designed to satisfy the ethics continuing education requirement for Board Certified Coaches (BCC), this course examines real-world ethical dilemmas through the lens of the BCC Code of Ethics while introducing the CCE Ethics Case Procedures, an important resource every BCC coach should understand.
Through practical discussion and case analysis, you'll strengthen your confidence in recognizing ethical concerns, applying ethical principles, and making decisions that protect both your clients and your professional reputation.
This asynchronous course includes two approximately 2-hour video modules, downloadable resources, and a final knowledge assessment. Participants who successfully complete the course receive a certificate awarding 4 Board Certified Coach (BCC) Continuing Education Hours.

Kim Olver is a board-certified coach, licensed clinical professional counselor, author, speaker, and internationally recognized educator in Choice Theory® and Reality Therapy. She is the founder of the Academy of Choice and the creator of Mental Freedom®, a framework for responding intentionally, reducing unnecessary suffering, and strengthening personal and professional relationships.
Sylvester Baugh, BCC
Sylvester Baugh is a Board Certified Coach with extensive experience in professional coaching, ethics, leadership, and coach development. His practical approach and thoughtful analysis help coaches confidently apply ethical principles to real-world coaching situations.
